There is a certain amount of refrigerant in the safe cryogenic refrigeration system when taking over, which needs to be noted. Single compressor is used for single-machine self-cascade refrigeration. Although there is only one compressor, different refrigerants will be adopted for different refrigeration equipment. Take Freon for example. Once the pipeline leaks, welding compressor residual nozzle will have gas ejection, so the operator's body should not be close to the mouth of the pipe during welding.
After the failure of cryogenic refrigeration system, maintenance should not be done according to the guess of the maintenance operators, but must operate through the testing.
Technicians said that, in fact, some users do find that the compressor runs the same when the system leaks, but once the pipeline is cut off to test the compressor, the compressor is out of gas, then the cause of the failure is not clear to say, so the fault must be judged according to the detection.
