Closed circulation
The whole system is full closed circulation, there is no oil mist at high temperature and no water vapor at low temperature, pressure

How to deal with the malfunction of Industrial Water Chiller System

What's wrong with the Industrial Water Chiller System when it fails to cool down? Let Guanya explain it to you below.

One reason is that the initial use of liquid chiller system fails to reduce the temperature, or there is something wrong with the installation of water-cooled chiller, cooling water tower, circulating water pump and pipe. It needs to be carefully checked according to the installation diagram.

The second reason may due to the pipes which are attached to various devices for a long time, and the impurities have accumulated in the water sources, resulting in smaller water flow. Therefore, we must clean the pipes between the devices.

Thirdly, If this problem occurs during the first use, it may cause by the wrong matching of the chiller and the problem of delivery. Because the industrial chiller has carried out 100% performance tests before getting out of the machine to ensure the normal operation of the machine unit.

Finally, If this is the case of a chiller that has been used for half a year or 1-2 years later, it may due to the leakage of Freon in the cooling system of the cold water machine. It is suggested to find out the leakage, weld it again and refrigerant. The heat exchanger of the water-cooled chiller is dirty and needs washing, and remember to clean it regularly after subsequent use.
