Operation Precautions for ZLF/SR Series Reactor Temperature Control Equipment
The temperature control equipment of the reaction kettle adopts the PID control method, which greatly improves the temperature control accuracy of the whole machine. The microcomputer for cooling or heating will automatically switch to work according to the temperature setting, which simplifies the operation procedure and avoids the damage to the machine due to misoperation.
1. The fully enclosed pipeline system reduces the oxidation of heat transfer oil and is equipped with a unique cooling function. The heat transfer oil will inevitably produce oil mist when it works at high temperature. If it is not cooled in time, its service life will be greatly shortened. With this cooling function not only prolongs the service life of the oil but also reduces the flow of circulating pressure.
2. At present, it is widely used in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry, and the specific size can be distinguished according to the model. Like general equipment, it also needs to be carefully maintained during use.
3. If it is not running, if only the cooling water tower is needed for cooling, it is necessary to turn off the water source for the temperature control of the TCU reactor, and dispose of the water in the internal components and pipes of the TCU reactor temperature control, and pay attention to avoid the temperature control of the TCU reactor. The residual liquid inside will corrode the internal components of the equipment. At the same time, you need to pay attention to the temperature of the equipment. Do not place it at too low temperature to avoid frost heaving copper pipes at low temperatures.
4. It is necessary to check whether each part inside the temperature control equipment of the reactor is worn or not. If any wear is found, please replace the parts in time. In addition, the fan of the reactor temperature control equipment should always be kept in a clean state to avoid dust blockage.
