Reactor thermostat heating circulation equipment is a kind of equipment used to accurately control the temperature in the reactor during the chemical reaction process to ensure that the chemical reaction can be carried out under the set temperature conditions. This type of equipment usually includes components such as heating system, cooling system, temperature control system, etc., which can provide stable and accurate temperature control.
Main components:

Circulation system, used to promote the circulation of heating medium or cooling medium between the reactor and the heating/cooling system. 5. Safety protection system, over-temperature protection: when the temperature exceeds the set safety threshold, the heating system is automatically cut off.
Working principle:
1. Heating process:
The heating medium exchanges heat with the material in the reactor, so that the temperature in the reactor gradually increases to the set value.
The PID controller automatically adjusts the power of the heating system according to the difference between the actual temperature in the reactor and the set temperature to keep the temperature stable.
2. Cooling process:
• When the temperature in the reactor needs to be lowered, the cooling medium is transported to the jacket or built-in cooling coil of the reactor through the circulation pump.
•The cooling medium exchanges heat with the material in the reactor, so that the temperature in the reactor gradually decreases to the set value.
•The PID controller automatically adjusts the power of the cooling system according to the difference between the actual temperature in the reactor and the set temperature to keep the temperature stable.
3.Temperature control:
•The temperature sensor continuously monitors the temperature in the reactor and sends a signal to the PID controller. •The PID controller automatically adjusts the power of the heating or cooling system according to the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature to achieve precise temperature control.
